RIBCUE CONSULTING provides music pitching, curation, and strategic consulting services for independent artists. We are not a record label, management company, or distributor.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any results, including but not limited to label signings, releases, playlist placements, or commercial success. All decisions are made independently by third-party labels and industry partners.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both one-time submissions and subscription plans. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Submissions Policy

All tracks must be submitted together in a single request. Split or partial submissions are not accepted. Submissions are processed in batches to ensure optimal pitching quality and strategic targeting.

5. Service Scope

We reserve the right to decline or not pitch material that does not meet the quality or strategic standards required for effective label outreach.

6. Confidentiality

All submitted music and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RIBCUE CONSULTING shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services or outcomes of label decisions.
